My husband regularly watches Dr. John Campbell’s videos. Dr. Campbell is quite humorous at times in his efforts to prevent YouTube from censoring him, making faces or sharing written information rather than saying the censorship triggering words. Dr. Campbell took, I believe, two covid vaccines, but later came to the realization that the shots were not safe and effective. He has been faithfully presenting evidence to the contrary ever since.
His most recent video was about evidence of a different kind. The Shroud of Turin, thought to perhaps be the burial cloth of Jesus Christ, has been in the news lately. I’ve seen the headlines, but have not read about it because it was just not important to me. My faith does not depend on whether or not the Shroud is authentic.
But what if it is?
To my knowledge, Dr. Campbell has never indicated whether or not he is a follower of Christ, but I think he all but said so at the end of this video. His attitude to me seemed to be that he felt a responsibility to let his viewers, whom he feels a connection to, know that they need to look to Christ during what he calls these “later times.” He also shares pertinent scripture passages as he points out blood stains and so forth on the Shroud’s image.
I don’t know . . . I do feel that the way the world is going at the moment . . . there’s a lot of things that aren’t looking very hopeful. It’s almost like this is a message for later times.
That’s what I’ve been looking at and I wanted to share it with you. I’m looking at the camera now, but I really feel like I’m looking at you. It’s very strange, very strange. There we are for now. Thank you.
Let me know what you think.
I cannot believe it is authentic. The LORD would never allow Yeshua',s DNA which is HIS DNA to be left on this earth. We are told not to create an image.
I believe that we see the hand of God in the world, as we look about us. The miracle that is perfection in creation. The miracle that is in you and in me. Made in the image of God Himself. Our blood is His DNA, He says so Himself. It is why, deep down inside, they are trying to pollute the image of God within our bodies. If this shroud can make just one person, maybe a science minded sort, accept that there just could be God? Mankind is human after all. We have come SO far from the spiritual realm that people are much more willing to see with their eyes. Look at the talismans or devils horns people have used for ages...to make them think they might have just some modicum of power to ward off any evil, instead of having the trust and faith that comes with the Hope of Jesus Christ. I do believe that the Lord meets us individually and we are able to see and know that empty hole inside of all of us can only be filled by Him, because it is God shaped. Jesus bled for us and He suffered for us to have eternal life. He suffered as a man would, as we would if we were inflicted with all those horrendous wounds of the body. He was also tempted, as we are all too often. Tempted to believe things that aren't real, or tempted to believe that only WE know what is true and what is not. Only God sees the whole picture, and these days I am not discounting any sign or wonder because it is a crazy world out there and we need Him. Thanks for this Anne...I appreciate it!
